I don't approach design as screens or flows. I see it as a system of decisions shaped by business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. My background spans both design and front-end development, which means I understand how an experience should feel for the customer and how it can realistically be built by the team.

Most of my work lives in complex, regulated environments — especially digital banking. I've led HELOC experiences, account opening flows, credit score tools, SMB banking strategy, design systems, and internal tools that reduce manual work and improve the customer journey. Small details matter when money is involved.

I move between strategy and execution comfortably. Discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, wireframes, polished UI, component behavior, developer handoff — I can hold all of it. Many UX problems are alignment problems wearing a product mask, and I spend a lot of time helping teams see that clearly.

I care about building digital experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and useful. Good design should remove friction, help people make decisions confidently, and make everyday tasks easier — for the user and for the team building the product.
